By submitting an appointment request, emailing IronClad Workplace Testing, calling for scheduling, or checking the policy acknowledgment box, you consent to receive communications by phone, email, text message, and other electronic methods related to scheduling, appointment confirmation, payment, insurance verification, service updates, and policy notices.

Electronic Records

You agree that digital acknowledgments, submitted forms, emails, and electronic communications may be used as records of your request and acceptance of applicable policies.

Opt-Out

You may request that non-essential electronic communications stop, but appointment and service-related communications may still be necessary to complete requested services.
